These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website located at unsubscribe.jolietrepublicans.com, operated by the Joliet Township Republican Organization (JTRO). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website. 

1. About This Website. The website unsubscribe.jolietrepublicans.com is operated by the Joliet Township Republican Organization (JTRO), a political organization based in Joliet, Illinois. The sole purpose of this website is to provide individuals with a simple and straightforward way to remove their email address from JTRO's mailing list. This site does not sell products, solicit donations, or collect personal information beyond what is strictly necessary to process an unsubscribe request. 

2. Acceptable Use: Users may only use this website for its intended purpose: submitting a request to unsubscribe from JTRO email communications. Use of this site is limited to individuals who have received JTRO email communications and wish to opt out of receiving future messages. Users must be at least 13 years of age to use this website. Use of this site for any purpose other than opting out of JTRO communications is not permitted.

4. Email Opt-Out Process: You may submit your email address using the form provided on this page to request removal from the JTRO email list. Opt-out requests are typically processed within 10 business days of submission. Once your request has been processed, you will no longer receive JTRO mass email communications. Please note that even after opting out, you may still receive transactional or legally required communications where applicable. Additionally, submitting an opt-out request through this page applies only to JTRO's mailing list and does not unsubscribe you from any other organization's email communications. 

5. User Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing an accurate and valid email address when submitting an opt-out request. Submitting an email address that belongs to another person without their knowledge or consent is strictly prohibited. By using this website, you agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or disruptive to JTRO or to other users of this website.

This includes, but is not limited to, the continued receipt of emails during the opt-out processing period. Because this website is provided as a free, non-commercial public service, JTRO's total liability for any claim arising from use of this website shall not exceed zero dollars ($0.00).
